If you experience an issue when attempting to access your MiVO250 DB via System Administration & Diagnostics then we recommend you use the following steps to resolve the issue.


- Close ALL open Programs (Outlook, Browsers, Word).

- Remove Microsoft Access Database (remove all instances).
- Reboot the machine

- Install Microsoft Access Database using this URL - https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=13255.

- You must install Microsoft Access Database as 'Administrator'  (Right-Click >> Run as Administrator). 

- Reboot the machine
